Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars, whatever country you order from. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
• UK and EU customers keep their statutory 14-day cancellation right in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Import duties or taxes, where a destination country applies them, are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
• An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email; until then we may decline it, for example if stock or payment verification fails.
• Promotional pricing and bundle discounts apply only while displayed.
• We correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging if one occurs.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery timescales, the 30-day return window and the 12-month warranty are set out in shipping & returns and the warranty policy, which form part of these terms.

Lawful use of the product

• You are responsible for confirming that radar detectors are legal where you drive. They are prohibited in Virginia and Washington, D.C., in commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs GVWR, and on US military installations.
• The product is a passive receiver. It must not be modified to transmit.
• Nothing on this site encourages exceeding posted speed limits or evading lawful enforcement.

Limitation of liability

The device provides warnings only and cannot prevent a speed measurement, a citation or a collision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
